So I bought these pens as I have for the last 5 years (and bought new diffusers when they broke). I turned one on and after a while I felt a terrible burning smell emanating from it. I noticed the bottles were different so I went back and looked at the liners and oh my god it said I needed to use a new type of diffuser. I tried another refill bottle but the same thing happened. I finally ordered a new diffuser. Well, surprise, same thing happened, same horrible smell. I tried replacing the bottles again, this time with the one that came with the diffuser. No, it still smells like burning electrical appliances. I was able to return the new diffuser but it all came too late to return the refills. I will not buy Feliway again. What plagiarism to insist on a new style of infusor that doesn't even work.
