Very easy to assemble as noted in other comments, difficult to insert last shelf. . First hook one end of all three shelves and simply place the other end over the rungs, then snap the other end into place shelf by shelf. These two sets side by side take up almost my entire tiny closet and I was able to dress all of my casual and training shoes on them. As it's slightly larger than my previous one, my top two pairs of boots are on the floor in front of it, but it's a huge improvement over what I had before. For reference, these are all size 7B. I also have a 12-pocket organizer over the door for flip-flops, and my heels and booties are in clear boxes on the shelf. My closet is only about 5.5 feet wide, so I always try to maximize storage space and keep it tidy. Wallets are next, hopefully I'll find something that will make it easier to find what I want.
