I drink fresh lime juice in water (similar to homemade lemonade) and beer and make salsa out of it. It's been about 3 weeks and it's working great. Two caveats: First, cut the skin off the ends of the lime. Takes 5 seconds and provides easy jamming. Small bits of pulp can sometimes get caught where the ends of the blades meet. DO NOT try to pull it out with your fingers. It's VERY spicy and the lime juice in the tiny cut is incredibly painful. Usually it can be easily washed off with a tap of water, if not then with a toothpick. It takes much longer to describe than to do. I would buy this again.
