Review on 🔩 Escali DS115B Mercado Retro Classic Stainless Steel Mechanical Dial Scale with Removable Bowl, Tare Function, 11lb Capacity by Christopher Foreman

This is a replacement for my last few Escali weights. The latter was badly damaged. hence the replacement. I had the first one for about three years and used it to bake bread, measure spices and other ingredients. This is a product you really cannot live without. It works great and looks great. The bowl is removed for washing or adding ingredients and then placed back on the scale. As for how accurate it is, I have absolute confidence in its weight in grams (metric) or pounds and ounces. I can only recommend that. If you like that old school look and aren't looking for digital, that's great.
