Review on Zyliss E900010U ZYLISS Classic Cheese by Brittany Lawrence

I love grated parmesan in pasta and salads and it's my favorite kitchen toy. Disassembling and cleaning the crumbs is not difficult at all. My old version of this grater broke at the base of the screw (on the handle) and that part of the construction appears to be unchanged, so I use this grater with caution. The grinder's tooth pattern has been improved and cuts better with a little less effort, so that's a good thing. However, I prefer the shape of the old model's body because it's easier to clean (fewer nooks and crannies) and doesn't pull in thin cheese as much. Despite this imperfection, I still love this grater.
