I have to give this five stars because I use it every day. I think it helped me get rid of my neck pain while working on the computer. It folds easily for travel and comes with a small pouch that comes in handy for me when I travel. It adjusts to six different heights without going flat. I have it in one of two medium heights and it's a good angle for me to type and look at a computer screen. However, it's not perfect and I struggled to give it five or four stars due to a design flaw. Metal hooks and rubber protect the laptop from scratches, but do not prevent it from sliding. My laptop slipped off the stand a few times when I moved the stand with my laptop on it. I thought the "hooks" could be bent more because they don't catch. They flex a little and not even when bent 90 degrees. They are not hooks. The quick fix for me was to attach thick rubber bands to the hooks and it works well. I still move my laptop very carefully when it's on the stand. I like the strength, material and smooth handling of the aluminum and the portability of the design and material used. I hope this review was helpful.
