Review on Ekena Millwork CM23GAGOS Hand Painted Medallion by Phillip Jaylon

I've spent months deciding which ceiling medallion to buy and after deciding on this one decided, I waited patiently for his arrival. Although it appeared to be well packaged, the item arrived damaged (I believe this was done prior to packaging) with a few dents on the sides and top which I had to fill in with wood spatula and sand down before painting. Unlike wood or PVC blocks, it is VERY light and easily stays on the ceiling if you use glue and install a light. So far it has taken color well and the details are beautiful. It would have received a higher rating had it not been for the damage I had to repair, but that was a disappointment to me.
