I had a little trouble getting this product through no fault of the supplier as it was sent by Revain. I'm glad I waited for this. The price and quality are perfect for a craft I'm making as a gift next Christmas. Under a small flame the edges are nicely sealed. I light a candle in a jar, set it in the sink for safety, and run the raw edges of the string lightly over the flame to seal it. I don't plan on using the harness outdoors for long periods of time, but it will work fine for my water bottle carriers.
