I like the idea of the car charger. But if I don't squeeze the charger hard before putting my phone on it, my phone and charger will fall out every time. A little annoying, but doesn't bother. I have an iphone 12 pro plus so it's a bit heavy. Luckily my vent is above and to the right of the center of the dash and the phone usually falls onto the passenger seat and then onto the floor, but I can't pick it up until I stop, so when it falls onto the freeway. Well, that's very annoying. I also had to cut the rubber band that wears out the cable, there is NO other way to put the charger in the holder, this is just a design flaw. is also not a deal breaker. I wasn't able to tighten the mount so that my phone faces me, basically the whole purpose of the mount, it stays securely on the vent, but it would be nice if it faced me without having to constantly adjust the angle.
