At first I was excited about this dock. Everything was perfect for almost five weeks. Then one day the external monitor and laptop screen started flickering strangely between the correct display, the dark display and the gray display. I checked all the connections etc but it kept running until it stopped and stayed black. The Mac was diagnosed as a total loss. At first I thought the problem was with the external monitor, but when I got a new Mac I soon found that the monitor worked great. But when I tried to use the dock, the flickering started again after a few minutes. I quickly unplugged it and there's no sign of permanent damage to the replacement computer, but the evidence strongly points to a faulty HDMI connection in the dock. (USB and power still seem to work fine.) So this is a mixed review as I really loved this product until this happened and I may just have a faulty unit. Hopefully someone from the company reads this and gets in touch with me.
