I bought these lights to throw up in my car window in emergency situations and I also use them as a sort pf security device. I put them up in my windshield whenever I am in an area that I am worried about someone messing with my car. My windows are tinted dark but if someone looks through my windshield they can see lights on the dash which I would hope makes people think twice about if it is an undercover car.The functionality of these lights is great too. One switch to turn them on and off and another switch to toggle through the different modes. The nice thing is it has the ability to remember the last mode you selected so you don't have to toggle through the modes every time to get to your favorite.
