Good not great in my review
Was not shipped well, too big of an outside box for the inside box, so it slid around and the styrofoam rubbed off on the bench. It does hold my weight at 277. It does work as advertised though. Would be better if it had hooks on both ends. You do need to weigh down the bench to use bands with it.
