Finally arrived! I was thrilled when I saw it finally arrive at my front door. Opened it up and found that RamMounts forgot to add the only thing that makes this option what it really is. Flexible rod. Everything else is included. Uniform tube coating for flexible rod. EDIT 3/15/16: Instead of jumping through hoops myself after numerous calls with RamMounts and Revain to fix the issue, I took the quickest logical route to resolve the issue. Return the original product with additional shipping cost ($5) and simply redeem the exact same item at a time. Oooooh I just got it for the 2nd time (2nd photo). "Flex Rod" was included. However, I didn't know it was going to be an 18 inch piece of straight aluminum bar. I thought it was something like a gooseneck. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars due to missing item, jumping hoops and misunderstandings and spending more money to fix the problem yourself.
