We've bought several Suncast products that have been pretty good. This one isn't like that. First you need to connect the parts together as described in the instructions. Guess what the clogged plastic looks like (the instructions suggest a rubber mallet - how many people have one?) Then the standoff screws are too big for the holes. I called support and spoke to a very nice guy who assumed the holes were under-drilled and agreed to send two more brackets along with the screws. Well we just got braces and she had the exact same problem. Got the correct screws from the hardware store but it was a bit of a hassle.
