Although the JSOT online store can appear to be the perfect solution for all your home remodeling needs, my actual experience was disappointing. Although they have an outstanding selection of products, their pricing are not as inexpensive as they claim to be. Finding what I needed on the website was irritating because it is clumsy and challenging to navigate. When I did make a purchase, it took a lot longer to arrive than I had anticipated, and the customer service staff was useless in resolving the problem. Overall, I had a bad experience with JSOT, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to purchase for home improvements.
