Terrible chemical smell and packaging?

The chemical smell of this shoe was so strong. I had to put my shoes outside because my head started hurting. The packaging was just a bag which caused the shoes to lose their shape. I ordered normal size shoes for my daughter but they were too small. Overall not very comfortable to wear.
