I love all the GoPro mount options with all these parts but this monopod is not made for GoPro. It's made for a cell phone, not a high quality monopod. All quality of this stuff is VERY cheap but you get what you pay for. The suitcase is meaningless. Barely everything fits, and there are no cut-outs in the foam for any of the 53 items. It looks like it was made specifically for something other than a GoPro. I need to buy a new monopod as well as something to protect my GoPro camera. The case doesn't protect it because the cutouts aren't cut out to fit anything snugly. If I just put the GoPro in the case, it will bounce up and get crushed by everything else in it, and the screen and lens will get scratched or cracked. It's not a good idea to leave a $400 camera hanging around in a suitcase. I have bought Neewer products in the past and they have been decent. A good option on the budget, but this purchase wasn't. I'm sure there is something better. You can spend a little more money but trust me if you can afford it it's worth it. I'm actually considering returning it as I write this review and put my $30 into something better.
