These controllers are pretty terrible. I ordered a pair and the buttons usually click into place like you're holding them and not letting go. You can disconnect the battery to fix this. Vibration blocks are also fixed. Take the batteries out again. Even when it's not, the keys are very noisy, have a long, stiff travel, and the sticks aren't really responsive. Think on/off and nothing in between. You don't have to be a super player to see how bad they are. Just try to pick the lock in Skyrim. The massive amount of positive reviews here looks suspicious. Check the article in Fakespotter to see how they rate review quality, but beware of all those aftermarket controllers. Another pair I bought (whose reviews were deemed more reliable) didn't even turn on.
