I gave it 3 stars because of the size and the hood.Cons:- SIZE. I ordered M for my 8 lb Pomeranian dog, with chest girth: 15" (in description it says that size M is for 17") and I barely close the buttons. It was no place to breath in it.- BUTTONS are plastic and I don't like it, because they don't seem reliable.- HOOD. Why not attach additional button so the hood could be pinned to the coat on the back? Within 3 minutes of trying this coat on the hood closed eyes of my dog because it doesn't hold on the back. I imagine walking my dog in the snow and pull the hood back every 2 minutes.Pros:- I really like the pink color and the material of the coat (I compare 3 different coats), it really seems warm and waterproof.- Length - my Pomeranian is short and for the length it fits my dog perfectly.Overall I will be returning because of the wrong description of the size and uncomfortable hood.
