Does not affect the hair + high price = do not buy
The product arrived in good condition. I've been using both shampoo and balm almost exclusively for about 6 months now (with breaks only for infrequent business trips). I don't notice any difference in my hair thickness, breakage tendency or overall appearance (compared to regular shampoo and conditioner). Considering the exorbitant price, I expected these factors to improve. Therefore I cannot recommend this product.
