I've only had a fan for a day so I don't know how long the battery will last but it seems a good buy. I bought this in anticipation of a hurricane so I'll have to edit this review retrospectively if it doesn't live up to expectations. The included USB cable was very short and so flimsy that I broke it trying to install the fan (the fan tipped over and was enough to pull the end of the cable out of the connector). So don't count on that, get a better (and longer) cable instead. But the fan is very quiet and moves more air than I would have expected from such small wings. Note: The LED indicators make the fan glow in the dark. Coincidentally, the pink fan case is the exact same shade of pink as my computer case next to it, making for an unexpectedly pleasing combination. TO UPDATE. Since I accidentally left it on overnight and drained the battery, the battery doesn't seem to be holding a charge. I was wondering why the red light is on every morning when I turn off the computer at night (I live in Florida and there are a lot of thunderstorms so I usually turn off the computer through the wall before leaving the house). Unplug it for five seconds and I plug it back in and it glows red!
