Review on 💇 ghd Elite Professional Hair Dryer by Jennifer Tillman

This was the most expensive hair dryer I have ever bought. My hairdresser recommended it along with another brand. Pros: Dries hair very quickly. Sounds very powerful without large blasts of hot air and as a result I find my fine hair almost completely frizzy in a very humid climate. I always use the wedge nozzle because my barber used it. Cons: It's very heavy. But as I said, it dries the hair quickly. The cold start button does not work. I read this in another review before buying it but there was only one review that said this. I emailed ghd and they said the Cool Shot doesn't put any noticeably cool air on my hands, but it lowers the temperature enough for my hair to feel the difference, so styling with it really works. You were right because I took an instant read thermometer to test it and it actually dropped the temperature from 220* to 170* (the thermometer was right on the dryer vent). However, I don't find it cool enough, so I just set the hair dryer to a cold setting. Another downside is the control buttons on the side of the handle, forcing me to flip the hairdryer and press the button I'm looking for (speed/temperature). I have no regrets purchasing this hair dryer and look forward to having it for years to come. would i get it again no I would try another one and make it local so I could return it if there were more cons than pros (which it is).
