I bought these grips for an old aluminum scooter that once belonged to my son. My granddaughter used it but the old foam grips became brittle and uncomfortable. So I got these comfy pens with glittery girly bling and she's happy with the result! In addition to being more feminine, the scooter is easier to hold on to the handlebars because the grip is made of two layers. There is an inner white handle and a pink crossed handle that sits and ends at the top. It was a little difficult to get her to continue. I had to wet the aluminum handlebars with some soapy water. But now they're so tight they won't go anywhere. It was a great way to reuse a quality scooter that was 20 years old!
