Bought to replace an identically designed IKEA Koncis Garlic Press. On this version, the tolerances are not as tight as there is some variation in the articulation. However, it is functionally equivalent to the product it replaces. Pressed garlic does not ooze out of the edges like other products. The detachable round cup allows you to rotate the parts so that the press covers the protruding parts. Removing the cup allows for quick and easy cleaning. Will not stain metal after repeated use and washing.
