These glasses are identical to my colleague's Foster Grant brand glasses which are sold more expensively here. as simple reading glasses. Consider using these reading glasses instead - they come in very handy for those moments you might find in a dimly lit restaurant or drugstore where four-dot type labels are used. The nose pads are far from ideal and take some time to unfold, but since they fit easily in a pocket in a quality protective case, I overlook these flaws. The optics are fine; better than the $20 pharmacy reading glasses I tried. I've been using them for a month now and they hold up great with my abuse.
