It's difficult for a printer this small I have a mac and the instructions were unclear. After about half an hour I called Canon and the techs didn't know what to tell me. Also, they didn't listen to what I told them. For example, I have several times Tried to say I have my own router and they kept telling me to contact my service provider for a router number.. Eventually I was fired with the suggestion that I contact Apple and their techs would try a hierarchy of different things too including hacking into my firewall, which they assured me would not be a problem.Apple specialists could n solve my problem in just a few minutes. First, they were familiar with BOTH the method described in the manual to connect wirelessly to an Apple/Mac wireless network. What they told me was already in the manual; You just explained the process. They immediately dismissed any outlandish ideas that required a Canon engineer to "advise" his supervisors. But that's just maintenance. I found the photos to be relatively crisp, but the color reproduction left something to be desired. The same photo printed on my HP 4-in-1 printer looks much lighter and closer to the original than on this selphy. For Canon and a dedicated photo printer, that's very disappointing. The printer is also inconvenient to use as the paper tray sticks out too far. It's not as compact as it seems. I wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend either.
