Review on SQQUID by Darrin Parasson

I love how easy it is to add new products, create different types of campaigns for each channel and track all that data in one place! The reporting tool could be improved but they are working hard with us every step of the way so we can get there as soon as possible. We don't have any problems yet; however, if you do plan ahead (like we did) then your implementation will go smoothly. It's very user friendly! I highly recommend this product. They were able to help solve our issues right away and their customer service was amazing at first too. All my reports are now showing up in one spot which makes everything easier for me when trying to find things. The most helpful feature is that it can be used for both B2B, as well as B2C customers. We have been able to use this tool in our business and are still looking forward to using more features of this software. I would say that there isn't really anything bad about this product so far. It has helped us track orders from different stores, but also made sure we were tracking each customer's information properly.
