Well, it's a nice "executive style" flash drive, but the inside is bullshit. I'm a manager and I wouldn't trust my data on this and I wouldn't have the patience for it. Under slow disks, it is slow. I could see that this is only used for a few non-critical files, or maybe to throw a few MP3 files into your computer or something. I don't think I would have had the patience to fill it up at less than 5MB/s. There are other drives like the Samsung Bar or the (slightly mediocre Sony USB-C combo) that blast this Verbatim drive for not much more money and similar style. You can complain that I'm comparing this to USB 3 drives, but it's slow, even among USB 2 drives. The only weird thing I see is that writing to a small file is decent, but somewhat looks lazy, like reading to a small file slower than writing, so it's most likely tiny memory oil.
