NOT "scratch free " on car paint

Bought for a no touch car wash which basically doesn't exist. I washed my new white car for several months without even touching it as every rub leaves little swirls of paint and micro-scratches. From a distance the car looked clean, but far from clean. It claims it doesn't scratch, which is not true. How can it be without a scratch? When I apply this to my foam covered car, the car will still scratch even after spraying. And it's almost impossible to fully clean it for the next wash, it stores all the dirt and mud for more scratched washes. The problem gets worse with every wash.
