Medium grit - good for oral care
I went against my head in purchasing this product knowing that it is bad for tooth enamel. So I split the difference and bought a medium mesh and only use it once every few weeks. I like nasty, heavily brewed tea that even wipes the coals off my mug. Although this toothpaste does a pretty good job of removing tea stains, it's not very practical. A wiser solution would be to find a non-harmful stain remover toothpaste that you can use regularly and prevent stains. Hence 3 stars because the product really has no practical use.
