This is a great product as described but there is no installation error. Here are some burial tips. 1) "Measure seven times cut once." The general rule for building anything. 2) The green plastic bolt that fits into the drywall is not long enough or has hooks so it cannot be easily pulled out of the wall. so if it enters a drywall and you try to drive a screw into it; The green piece detaches and slides out of the wall, enlarging the hole in the wall. I found a way around this. First attach the screw to the green plastic (as shown in Photo 1). Then insert into the drilled hole in the drywall. 3) Another problem I found was that the holes between the back and front plexiglass didn't line up, so I had to enlarge the holes on the bottom of the frame. 4) I highly recommend drilling one hole at a time. Screw the metal parts and align the glass. Then remove the metal and glass and drill another hole. It takes longer but I think it's the best way to avoid mistakes.
