Review on Destiny Dispatch by Walter Velasquez

I like the ability to create multiple shift schedules, which makes it easier for me to keep track of all my employees. It's easy for new hires to get trained on how to use the system, but also has great support when you need help setting up your account. I wish there was an option to add more information at the bottom of every screen (like employee names). Sometimes I have to click through screens several times to find what I'm looking for. Destiny Dispatch is a great piece of software for any guard services or security company. We are able to track our employees throughout the day and know who has been out sick. It also helps us schedule shifts, which allows us to maximize our productivity and minimize overtime costs.
