This thing works! We moved into an apartment that had old cat pee. Tried to clean the carpet with detergent (the owner did it for us) and a wonder of nature. The smell didn't go away for a week. It was recommended to me online and while I was skeptical because of the name, it worked like hell! I used a meat injector and injected it into the carpet and sprayed it on top as well. I did this treatment for about a week until the smell was gone. Held the smell in for 6 months until I put the heavy box back in place and I think that pushed the fibers back into the smell. Just squirted a cup of it into the carpet and it fixed it. Since then, nothing smells anymore, even on hot, muggy days. Don't lean. I injected an entire bottle into my cat's urine stains and bought an extra bottle to have on hand. Worth every penny!
