I love that it's free! It works well with my computer (Windows 10).
There are some issues when trying to convert videos from other devices or different operating systems but they were easily resolved by contacting support directly through their website link provided in each download page of software itself so no worries there at all!! You can't beat this price point as far as ease-of-use goes - just try using another program first before you decide if its worth your time/money spent getting something else installed. We've been able to create mp3 files out off our old digital camcorder recordings which we then upload onto youtube via YouTube Studio app & have them converted into mobile friendly format such as Android TV compatible media players etc..

- Extremely easy installation process without any fussing around like most Windows programs do nowadays where people need special training courses instead installing anything these days;)
- Good customer service team providing assistance whenever needed even though sometimes response times may be delayed due lack manpower
