Review on CometChat by Joseph Adaymiln

It is easy to use with our own API keys (we integrate it in several projects). It has great features of integration into Slack which helps us keep things organized. I really like that you can have all your users connected to one channel so we are able to see who's available at any given time. Sometimes when using cometchat there seems to be issues but they respond very fast and usually resolve them within minutes or hours. We've been using this for about 2 years now without problems. Chatting between employees to answer questions, solve issues and plan tasks together.
