My experience working for verdes was amazing! I learned so much about how their business works which has helped me in other places after leaving them as well. The staff there are helpful when needing assistance or looking up something regarding electricity usage within our accounts!! There really isn't anything that's not great at this place; however they do tend towards being super expensive but you're getting what it takes. Overall very good choice if your wanting professional services without paying too high of fees (as opposed to smaller local power providers). It can get complicated especially during times where we face issues such as outage reports/customer requests etc. This sometimes leads us into long delays between calls due mainly because everything needs someone else approval first before changes happen in billing statements ect.. We also have had situations occur while trying resolve an emergency situation causing further problems by having several people calling multiple departments each doing nothing I have worked for verdesolutions in several roles over my career (customer services rep., customer satisfaction manager.) The people that i've met are very hard working professionals who want what's best not only just themselves but their clients as well! they provide great support when it comes time after closing out accounts/projects or helping resolve any issues customers might be having at end of term contract period between client & vendor..
