First impression: they are much smaller than I expected. The squeegee is 7.75 inches wide and feels a lot smaller due to the design as you can't really push down the entire 7.75 inches. Because it's so narrow, it can only cover a very limited area at a time. It is difficult to get good leverage on the mop when the handle is extended. What they're good for: We have 10ft ceilings - so they're great for removing dust balls and cobwebs from ceilings and the top of a wall. They are also useful for cleaning high or hard-to-reach windows, but being difficult to manipulate makes it difficult to remove streaks. All in all, these are useful tools, but they can't do the job of a professional window cleaner with a ladder and a large, sturdy mop. Tried them on several windows - now they're in the bin. I can find another way to get cobwebs off the ceiling.
