tastes good and does what it's supposed to! As someone who trains 5 days a week I need a boost to restore muscle and energy throughout the day and this is exactly what I need! The best way to take BCAAS is to prepare them and mix them with bottled water and then drink them during workouts for the best muscle recovery results. You can also drink them throughout the day if you like them as a low cal, low sugar drink that isn't water :) I even mixed them with alcohol before a party for the taste and low sugar content but not sure how helpful it is haha
