I've had this thing for a few weeks now and only recently started using it to sleep to help with diaper changing. The positive side is that it really worked once my girl was ready for the transition. It took her a while to figure out that it was a new sleep signal, but once we got used to it, it worked great. Minus - fall apart! The price of this item is too high to fall apart after a few uses. I think it was washed once and is already coming out from under the seams. It's small, so it's not bursting at the seams. Disappointed with the quality of the product but like the idea.
