First of all - I'm a fairly consistent runner - usually 20-30 miles a week. I read through quite a few reviews before picking this up and I didn't see many reviews from actual runners.I'll keep this brief - The belt fits well. I wish it came with a way to control the extra belt fabric when it's tightened, but a rubber band or some tape can manage that. The bottles are super flimsy, but they're free and come with the belt so no complaints there. The fit of the belt is comfortable.
