Returned. No whistle Steam comes from above

Returned as: 1. Steam comes out of the lid just below the handle so unsafe it could burn you 2. The noise is quiet and alarming, as if the appliance itself were - destroy. Advantages: not too thin metal, beautiful drawings on the sides.
