Aoty Company Is in Danger Lacking in Quality and in Providing Service to Customers

After conducting an analysis of Aoty business, I came to the conclusion that the company does not provide its clients with high-quality goods and inadequate support services. The apparel, footwear, and jewelry that can be purchased from their online store are all of low quality, featuring uneven embroidery and loose threads throughout. The sizing is all over the place, and the items for the baby look like they were manufactured on the cheap. In addition to the problems with the product's quality, the Aoty business provides poor customer service. Long wait periods are imposed on customers who contact the company via phone or email with questions. The delivery takes significantly longer than anticipated, and there is no tracking information supplied. Returns are a nuisance because the instructions are not explicit and there are additional fees that are not disclosed up front. Overall, the Aoty business needs to make significant improvements to the quality of its products as well as the level of customer service it provides in order to keep its current customers and stay competitive in the market.
