My dear friend is going through chemo, and I know she doesn’t buy things or pamper herself whatsoever. I wanted to put together a care basket for her. Little did I know that anything marketed specifically made for chemo patient are pricey, particularly cream and lotions made especially to combat skin side effects of chemo. I was really curious what the differences there are between these products and over the counter sensitive skin cream. This seems to be one of a more reasonably priced one, so I decided to try it for myself. The scent is pepperminty, and felt cool on the skin. It has a very smooth texture and fast absorbing while leaving a feeling of light skin protectant - spa like feel, and I love it. It definitely feels different than the feel of over the counter brand of sensitive skin cream. The feel reminded me of the " Mother of all creams” that is about $30 and scented with lavender.The medical product packaging doesn’t do it justice. She will be getting this one.
