My first use of if, did not clean the window with just the cloth. It seemed to smear it. No big deal, the windows haven't been cleaned in a while, so will probably just use the solution and see if that removes the rest of the film. Was disappointed that the top handle was broken at the base where the extension handle slid into. Will need to use some black electrical tape to keep the top piece from separating so the bottom piece locks into place.I'm actually satisfied with the product do to the cost I paid for it. Found others that were the same, but cost a lot more in stores. One think to remember about using these cloths are if they touch the dash, the plastic lets off a chemical that can smear onto your windshield leaving a film. I recommend washing the cloth after every use.
