I bought two of these chairs and while the chairs are pretty good the customer service is absolutely terrible. The first chair arrived a bit worn but at the end of the day it's a chair so it wasn't too much of a problem. Sometimes the screw would start loosening, but that could be fixed by going to Home Depot and buying a washing machine. Now with the second chair we really started to have problems. Every time the chair rolled the wheels would fall apart, obviously a safety hazard. We tried glue, gluing the brace to fit snugly in the wheel holes, but eventually they all fell apart. We have emailed Harmony 4 times and never received a reply. When we finally (very important) called Tony Ledat who said he was a supervisor he was very rude, never answered the phone and never showed up with parts. When we finally got there he hung up a couple of times. No matter the size of the company, no company should ever hire people like Tony Ledat, who are extremely detrimental to a successful company. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from this company again. Future buyers also advise tightening. If you end up lucky with a good, sturdy chair, then you're done. Just know that any issues that arise later along the path, you are SOL.
