In April 2022 I bought this phone, everything was fine for about two months, and then yellow spots appeared on the edges of the phone. They began to progress rapidly and I went to the service center on Mayakovskaya to ask for repair or replacement under warranty. But it turned out that under the guarantee it is necessary to hand over the phone for 10 days and wait for repair, since the display was not available. Of course, this did not suit me. I was offered to call the service and ask about the availability of the display for warranty repair. For a week I called for about a month, but then I stopped, because. display was not available. I decided to quit this occupation, because. there was no result, and the spots stopped growing. Then a year passed, the warranty ended, the heat began on the street and my P20 lite began to make false clicks in places of spots! That is, I unlock the phone and it starts to click on different points of the display! Phantom calls to different numbers from the address book began, the launch of unnecessary applications, when using the phone as a navigator - spontaneous transfers of the card to other places. The phone began to infuriate and I again went to the official service. There I was told again that this was an obvious jamb of the manufacturer and offered to write to Huawei to extend the warranty for replacing the display. I wrote two letters - no response. I called - they offered to replace the display for 6000. I don't want to buy any more from this manufacturer.
