I recently tore my middle meniscus and was very fortunate that the injury was very minor. I am very glad that I bought this knee brace! I bought a very cheap knee brace at my local grocery store for $5 and it fell apart while wearing it 4 days after mowing the lawn once. Since my knee was still bothering me, I decided to invest a few euros more, as of course your knees are very important in everyday life. I came across the NEENCA brand knee pads. The price was right, the reviews were good, I liked the design and the description. Size: XL. To help with size I will say that I have fairly large feet from playing hockey and sports all my life. I am 6ft 205lbs. I bought the XL version of the knee pad and my only complaint is that it's a little tight. If you are slightly taller than me, I strongly recommend larger braces. The clasp itself is very well made. It offers ample support and the springy metal running down the sides helps bend the knee. The stitching is excellent, the fabric is comfortable, it's a little tight. I would definitely recommend this knee brace to anyone with knee issues. This is a great product at a great price.
