The best thing about PR is that one can make sure your message gets out to all stakeholders in any given market or country! It's also easy for clients who want updates from their brand because you are always at hand when they need something explained/updated with them!! I have not found anything wrong so far but would like more content within each platform (mobile app).

If it was easier - we'd be using this everywhere. Make use if its features before going live- otherwise there will definitely come some mishaps during roll outs due dates which could result into negative feedbacks against us as well.
