The most useful feature for us is the ability to create dashboards easily. A very good user interface helps us to explore the data without any technical knowledge. We have been able to create multiple dashboards using this tool.The main drawback which we faced was the loading time of the dashboard once created. But, with the help of our team member who has expertise in dashboard creation, it was resolved pretty well. I would say that the overall experience of using ideal analytics is good. We have used this tool extensively to analyse our business processes.
