Review on 📐 Shinwa Japanese Stainless Protractor: Accurate Degree Measurement Tool by Bob Moonin

Seems to be a great tool. I've used it a dozen times a year since I bought it. It seems reliable and accurate. Most of the time I use a tool holder alignment tool on a lathe. The figures show that the accuracy at 0 and 180 degrees is very good. In both cases, the edge of the datum bar is perfectly square with the edge of the disk. In fact, at zero degrees, the edge of the support rod is perfectly aligned with the edge of the protractor disk. The locking handle works smoothly and holds the angle securely. There is no indication that the post has loosened or will loosen. In fact, there is no gap between the support bar and the post.
